The 11th and 12th October, the French Orthodox Church, through the voice of her Bishop Gregoire, proceeded with the canonisation of Bishop Jean of Saint-Denis, who was devoted to the rebirth of Western Orthodoxy in France between 1925 and 1970
During the day of Saturday 11th, before a big assembly, testimonies of his holiness were given and a slide show and projection of a television report. On Sunday 12th at the time of the canonisation of Bishop Jean, a very beautiful icon of the saint was revealed. Representatives of the two sister Churches, in the persons of bishops Mael, Marc and Martin, as well as priests and faithful were present. All the participants felt the divine grace of a peaceful and happy fraternal communion in The Holy Spirit through the intercession of Saint Jean saint of Saint-Denis.

The 6th and 7th of October, the bishops of the Communion of Western Orthodox Churches met at the Monastery of Saint Michel, Bois Aubry (37). Bishop Gregoire, Bishop Marc and Bishop Martin set up a calendar of work for the Communion to realise.
